I never personally used Vitas Towing but wanted to post this complement for one of their employees.
I don’t know your name and I wish I had remembered to ask. On I-10W @ Jackrabbit 7/26/23 around 5:45pm, you pulled up behind me to see if I was the person you were sent to assist. I wasn’t. I was just a driver who pulled over in a hurry because I was having a panic attack.
Vita’s, this gentleman (and I mean that sincerely), pulled up behind me to make sure I didn’t get hit, gave me water (as I had run out) and eventually
assisted me with safety getting onto the turn lane to get off the freeway completely.
I greatly appreciated meeting your employee and will use your company in the future if I ever need a tow.

I would totally recommend them for assistance with my truck again and here’s why!! Today on the way home I was on the 10 westbound when all of a sudden my truck started acting weird pulling to the left. All of a sudden in my tire blew out so I cautiously move over to the shoulder. While I’m waiting I’m calling for assistance. And then I called my AAA like I normally do. So while I’m on the freeway waiting, I look up and all of a sudden Vitas, towing and transport flatbed with driver.Alex is in front of my truck. He asked me if I was ok: He was an extremely nice person. He told me that he would fix my tire. Which he did promptly. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond. to help me get back on the road to go home since I had a long drive ahead. So now I know who to call if I ever get into a situation again Vitas, towing and transport. Thank you Alex.

Alex rescued me on the freeway and made sure I had his contact info if I had any other problems. Sure enough I ended up breaking down completely just a short distance away so I called and he was able to quickly come and tow my car where I needed it to go. He came much quicker than my insurance roadside would have and was very responsive and communicated where he was and when he would be there. Even helped us push the car back into my driveway so it wasn’t in the street once he got it back to my house. Very friendly and helpful which is so important when you’re already stressed and frustrated about your vehicle! Highly recommend Vitas Towing and Transport!

Highly recommended towing company in Phoenix Az ! I had trouble with both my vehicles and had the same gentleman each time ! Not only are they reliable but also fast communication as well! The gentleman that helped me both times is named Alex. He helped me for both vehicles but he also made sure I got home safely and offered me water as well.
